Common questions
How do you decide what's relevant to my business?
When you sign up, you write a one-paragraph description of what your business does. Our AI judge reads every public tender against that description and assigns a 0–10 relevance score with a one-line reason. You're the brief; we're the reader.
Which sources do you scan?
TED (the EU's official tender portal — covers all 27 EU member states), UK Find a Tender Service (above-threshold UK contracts), Contracts Finder (below-threshold UK), and Public Contracts Scotland. About 1 million tender notices per year combined.
What if I don't get any good matches in a given digest?
You'll still get the email — but it'll be honest about a quiet period rather than padded with low-relevance noise. Some sends the sources publish 5 strong matches for your profile; some sends just one. We don't fake volume.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You're not signing a contract — it's a month-to-month subscription. Card details are taken at signup, but no charge happens for 30 days, and you can cancel before then with zero fee.
Weekly vs daily — which plan should I pick?
Solo (£49/mo, weekly digest) suits firms reviewing a steady pipeline once a week. Pro (£99/mo, daily digest) suits active bidders who want same-day visibility on new notices and the full competitor-awards intel. You can switch between them any time from the billing portal.
Team plans, multi-profile or higher tiers?
On the roadmap — multi-profile team plans (one account, several scored briefs) and historical award-data add-ons are coming. If your firm needs either of those today, get in touch.
Stop scanning. Start bidding.
30 days free. £49 (Solo) or £99 (Pro) a month after that. Cancel any time.
